• We reserve the right to terminate accounts or or cancel orders at our discretion if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Orders and Payments

• Pricing: All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment: We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payment processors. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
• Availability: Our products are baked fresh. In the rare event an item is out of stock after you order, we will contact you to offer a substitute or a refund.

Collection and Delivery

• Perishable Goods: Since our products are fresh food, it is your responsibility to collect your order at the agreed time or be present for delivery.
• Risk: Once the product has been collected or delivered, the risk of damage or deterioration passes to the customer.
Cancellations and Refunds
• Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not offer returns.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours before the scheduled collection/delivery to be eligible for a refund.
